During the festive period our teams are still here getting ship done, with some temporary changes to our office hours and service levels shown below.

Air Freight - Christmas and New Year operations
Operational period: 19 December 2025 to 2 January 2026
Service availability
- Collections and deliveries during this period will be quoted on a special request only basis.
- Collections to ERTS and Collect & Hold services will also be quoted as special request only.
- No clearances will be processed on 25 December.
Out of hours and weekend clearance fee
GBP 150.00 per consignment
This applies to consignments on 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 December and 1, 2 January.
Cut off time for airline collections
The cut off time for arranging collections (overnight or dedicated) is 2:30 pm each day until 2 January 2026.
Important notes
- Airline sheds are experiencing queues for both collections and deliveries.
- Waiting times should be expected during this period.
Ocean Freight - Holiday Operations Overview
During the Christmas and New Year period, UK port operations follow revised opening hours and
holiday-specific procedures. Landside operations, gate access, booking availability and CBS rules
vary by port, and several terminals close fully on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

London Gateway, and Felixstowe, including key changes to booking
cut-offs, gate hours, and service availability.

London Gateway
Port opening hours
London Gateway operates as normal on bank holidays, with port staff rostered throughout the year. The port is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
All other days follow normal opening patterns, subject to the usual booking and gate procedures.
